Conan in breast outcry
The somewhat wobbling response was that the virtual reduction mammoplasty was "due to an unintended change" and developers were looking into it.

Conan GM to Goons: You PvP Nice, Now ...
And while it's a bitch to get repeatedly attacked in unwanted PvP encounters, sure, the game also has mechanisms through which players can avoid them. But when someone complains, they're not advised to switch instances or move to another server.

Funcom responds to concerns following first instances of AoC's "Massive PvP"
Perhaps the only good thing in all of this is that Funcom has realized that this is a huge deal for its players, and have let us know that they will do their best to fix as much as they can as soon as possible -- they hope that some of the massive PvP fixes will go in with the next scheduled update on Monday. The beginning of Godager's letter reaffirms the company's pledge to deal with issues like this in an honest and open manner, meaning they will not attempt to sweep problems under the rug -- rather, they will share their plans on how they hope to tackle them, and what sort of a time-frame they will require to get the job done.

No scheduled update for AoC today
Most players are already well accustomed to Age of Conan's scheduled updates, (especially those of us that get them during prime time), but you will still be able to log in today. According to a post on the official European forums, there won't be a patch, and the servers are still up at this time.

Age of Conan continues sales domination
It's interesting to see the the twin juggernauts of Age of Conan and World of Warcraft so consistently dominate the PC sales charts. Where once Sims 2 and its expansions were the reigning retail champions, they're finally receiving some long overdue walloping at the hands of the best in the MMO genre. We anxiously await the day when Warhammer Online joins AoC and WoW on the sales charts and completely closes out the top 10.

Age of Conan leads the pack in Golden Joystick nominations
If you want to be part of the process, go pick your favorite MMO from the list for the Best Online Game award, and if Wrath of the Lich King or Age of Conan strike your individual fancy, vote for them in their other categories as well. Or you could just not vote for any MMOs at all.

One Shots: You can't be fearsome while wearing a tablecloth
Do you have any glitches from your favorite game? It doesn't have to be just AoC! If you have any screenshots you'd like to share with us, pack them up and send them to us here at oneshots AT massively DOT com.

Age of Conan's quest for fresh duds
Enter French clothing company Inno-Wear, who create duds based on game properties such as Trackmania Nations and Devil May Cry 4. Their latest rights acquisition is, naturally, Age of Conan. It's not known at this time whether that means you'll get to wear the same things your character wears, or simply street gear branded with various AoC logos.

Cinemassively: AoC vs. WoW
If you have machinima or movie suggestions from any MMO, please send them to machinima AT massively DOT com, along with any information you might have about them.

First glimpse of Age of Conan PvP gear!
Reticent at first, AoC developer LordOrion has confirmed (in the midst of a coughing fit) that this is PvP gear. Along with the announcement some days ago concerning an imminent PvP consequence system, this whoops-how-clumsy-of-me 'leak' further confirms that the PvP system is seeing some serious tinkering behind the scenes.
